As Summer gently gives way to Autumn, gift yourself an afternoon of deep rest, renewal and balance through the healing vibrations of sound. Welcome to Celestial Sounds September invites us into a season of gentle transition. As the pace of life shifts and many return to familiar routines, nature reminds us to slow down and find balance. Around this time we celebrate Mabon, the Autumn Equinox and the second harvest in the Wheel of the Year—a moment of gratitude, reflection and equilibrium as day and night stand in perfect balance. Join me for a deeply restorative Sound Bath where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply receive. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, harp and other therapeutic instruments, you'll be guided into a state of profound relaxation, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body and mind to restore naturally. Whether you're seeking peace, emotional release, clarity or simply an hour to yourself, this session offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your inner balance as we welcome the changing season. No experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothing, bring anything that helps you feel cosy, and allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Join us at Amersham Band Hall Sunday 27th September. Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end. Benefits of a sound bath include: Stress reduction, More mental calmness and clarity, Deep Relaxation, Less emotional and physical pain. Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats. Not suitable for the first trimester of pregnancy.
