Reiki-Infused Sound Bath with Two Halves Healing

A little pause for a happier you ✨

Maidenhead, we’re coming to you!

After a busy week of work, family life, responsibilities and everything in between, sometimes all you need is an hour where absolutely nothing is expected of you.

No rushing. No pressure. No distractions.

Just an opportunity to switch off, reconnect with yourself and leave the stresses of the week behind.

Whether you’ve had a hectic week at work, the kids are being looked after for the evening, you don’t fancy the pub and a hangover, or you simply want to do something just for YOU — Freedom Friday is your invitation to rest.

💜 What to expect

Join Jackie & Nicole from Two Halves Healing for a relaxing 60-minute Reiki-infused sound bath.

Your experience will include:

A warm, welcoming and relaxed environment.

Gentle guided breathing and meditation to help you unwind.

Soothing sounds and vibrations from our crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other therapeutic instruments.

Reiki energy healing offered throughout the session.

Time to completely switch off, rest and reconnect with yourself.

A gentle grounding practice to bring you back before leaving.

You don’t need to do anything other than get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to rest.

🌙 Everything is provided

We provide cushioned mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks to help make your experience as comfortable as possible.

You’re also very welcome to bring your own favourite blanket or pillow.

No previous experience is needed. Whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, everyone is welcome.
