In-person event of the Special Interest Group in High-Frequency Electronics and Communication Systems - EPSRC Network+ in THz Systems

This is an in-person event of the Special Interest Group in High-Frequency Electronics and Communication Systems of the EPSRC NetworkPlus in THz Systems. This SIG1 event will start at 13:00 on the 16th of September and will end at 16:00 on the 17th of September.

This SIG event will include invited talks and discussion/roadmapping sessions around two themes: propagation/radar, and high-frequency electronics and communications. It will end with an outdoor THz transmission link demonstration on Thursday afternoon. The event is targeted at members of academia, industry, research, technology, government or policy organisations and councils.

Registration is free and includes accommodation (if the delegate needs it), coffee breaks, lunches, and the Wednesday evening dinner. When registering, please select whether you would prefer to introduce yourself at the event via a 1-minute introductory pitch or to give a short 5-minute talk about your research.

PhD students are welcome to participate in the technical programme, but please note that no expenses (travel/accommodation/dinner) can be covered for PhD students due to funder's rules.
