Come and celebrate the opening of our beautiful new home!

We're opening the doors of The Tone Temple and inviting you to spend the day exploring our new wellness studio, meeting our incredible teachers and experiencing everything we have to offer. Whether you're completely new to holistic wellbeing or already part of our community, our Open Day is the perfect opportunity to discover the space, try something new and connect with like-minded people.

Throughout the day we'll be hosting a range of taster sessions, workshops and experiences, allowing you to immerse yourself in the practices we love. From calming yoga and deeply restorative sound baths to heart-opening cacao ceremonies, somatic movement and more, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Between sessions, you're welcome to relax in the studio, enjoy complimentary refreshments, meet our teachers, ask questions about our classes and memberships, and soak up the welcoming atmosphere of our new sanctuary.

Open Day Schedule

10:00am – Cacao Ceremony

With Molly & Camilla

Begin the day by slowing down and connecting through a beautiful ceremonial cacao experience, designed to open the heart, set intentions and create a sense of community.

12:00pm – Flow

With Aisling

An uplifting yoga flow suitable for all levels, combining mindful movement with conscious breath to leave you feeling energised and grounded.

2:00pm – Flow & Sound

With Sammy

A nourishing yoga practice followed by soothing crystal bowl sound healing, allowing you to move, unwind and deeply relax.

4:00pm – Sambaddha (Live DJ!)

With Sara

Journey through the five elements in Sambaddha: An immersive bodymind practice combining somatic movement, shaking, breath, voice, stillness and intuitive free movement with a live DJ soundscape. A space to gently explore unconscious patterns and reconnect with your innate, authentic expression..

6:00pm – Flow & Restore

With Maria

A sumptuous slow flow, followed by gently held and supported postures. A deeply nourishing and restorative experience.

8:00pm – Crystal Sound Bath

With Molly

Close the day with a deeply restorative crystal sound bath. Allow the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and leave you feeling completely renewed.

The Tone Temple, 263-265 Upper Floor, Berkhamsted Road, Chesham (we're above the Nisa Supermarket!)

Chesham Station (Metropolitan Line) is just a short 15 minute walk from the studio.

🚗 Parking

Free on-street parking is available nearby, along with some additional parking at the Medical Centre (Chess Medical) opposite the studio.
