What We’ll Be Covering

​We start with a live AI audit of your business. You’ll sort your week into three buckets and see exactly where AI can give you your time back. Most founders find that 60-70% of their week is sitting in tasks that don’t actually require them.

Then we build your Business Brain document. This is the single thing that makes AI dramatically more useful – a master document that lives inside your LLM, so every conversation you have with AI already knows who you are, what you’re building, what your brand represents and what good looks like. ​Then we run three live demonstrations: Claude Projects and prompts (how to get astonishing outputs), Claude Skills, and Cowork for desktop automation. Real outputs. Not slides. Not screenshots.

​You leave with your personal AI opportunity map, a Business Brain template ready to use, and three starter tool prompts that work straight away.
