Ever sat at your desk for three hours, stared at the same messy task, and somehow ended up organizing your desktop icons instead?

We’ve all been there. Getting started and staying in the zone can feel like climbing a mountain, especially when you’re working solo or navigating ADHD, autism, or general brain-fog.

That’s exactly why we’re launching the Patch Pace Day right here at Patch High Wycombe in the Old Library!

What is a Pace Day?

It’s a guided, structured workday designed to make focusing effortless using two proven, neurodivergent-friendly strategies:

Body Doubling: Working alongside others who are also quietly focused, simply seeing a neighbor working nearby provides a gentle, low-pressure anchor for your own brain to stay on track

Visual Energy Mapping: No more guessing "is it okay if I sit here in silence?" We split our space into The Orange Table (for energy, intention-setting, and catch-ups) and The Green Table (a quiet, low-stimulus sanctuary in the Robin Day Studio for deep focus).

How the Day Flows

We don't do toxic productivity or 8-hour grind fests. Instead, we run a sustainable rhythm:

9:00 AM: Warm welcome, fresh water, and get on line

10:00AM a simple 15-minute goal check-in at The Orange Table.

The Rhythm: Structured 45-minute focus sprints paired with mandatory 10-minute screen-free breaks to stretch, grab a specialty coffee from Django's, and rest your eyes.

12:10 PM: A full 1-hour community lunch break to step away and reset.

04:45 PM: A quick, celebratory wrap-up to toast your wins before heading home with a clear mind.

Price: £32 + VAT for Non-Members | FREE for Patch Members

Capacity: Capped at just 6–8 spots per session to keep the space calm, comfortable, and low-stimulus.
