We will explore self-doubt, communication, pressure and leadership through practical reflection and coaching. Meditation and the sound bath offer a chance to slow down and notice your experience. Participation in these activities is optional.

CPD FOR YOUR PROFESSION

We are planning 15 GOC CPD points for optometrists completing the full five-workshop programme. The repeat-session arrangements for January 2027 are being checked. Final activity details and attendance requirements will be confirmed before bookings open. If you attended the same sessions previously, please check your eligibility before claiming repeat points.

Nurses, GPs, ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals will receive attendance evidence and can reflect on the learning within their own professional requirements. The 15-point offer is for optometrists; it is not a claim of equivalent accreditation for every profession. The sound bath and refreshments are separate from the planned CPD workshop points.

THE DAY

Working event times: 9:30am to 4:30pm. The detailed workshop, lunch and sound bath timetable will be shared before the event. Please tell us about dietary or access requirements so we can discuss arrangements with you.

GETTING HERE

Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire, HP10 0DG. We are hoping to use Unit 10 again; the final venue and arrival details will be confirmed. Please do not park in Cupcake Kangaroo’s reserved parking spaces, 93–110, and keep neighbouring businesses’ access clear. We will share the permitted parking arrangements in your joining instructions.
