Supporting Your Health with Nutrition & Reflexology

Join Beyond Boundaries Foundation at Saints Cafe in Maidenhead for Supporting Your Health with Nutrition & Reflexology. It’s the third talk in our Wellbeing Event Series in Maidenhead.

Join us for a hands-on evening of practical wellbeing tips, from making informed food choices to simple reflexology techniques you can use at home to support body and mind. The session is a welcoming, community-focused evening, and there’s no need to have any experience of nutrition or reflexology. Whatever you’re hoping to find, from a gentler way to care for your body to ways to manage physical symptoms and stress, you’re welcome.

When: Thursday 7 January 2027, 5:30–7:00pm

Where: Saints Cafe, 49A St Marks Road, Maidenhead, SL6 6DP

The evening is part of our Wellbeing Events, a series of community events giving insight into reflexology, nutrition, intuitive eating, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. You can come to one session or all three, in whichever way you choose to care for yourself. This is the last of our first three talks in Maidenhead.

About your speaker, Helen Ritchie

Helen Ritchie is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist and CNHC Registered Practitioner. She spent four years studying clinical nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, after more than 30 years working in corporate marketing. Her own experience of menopause, including brain fog, poor sleep and low energy, led her to rethink her health and retrain. Helen focuses on midlife health and healthy ageing. She has worked as an NHS Health and Wellbeing Coach on the Diabetes Prevention Programme and runs healthy eating programmes in GP surgeries for the Public Health Collaboration. She takes a personalised, evidence-based approach and believes in changes that are realistic enough to keep up.

About your speaker, Niki McGlynn
