A safe, relaxed and welcoming space to be yourself, connect and have fun.

InTouch is a light-touch peer support group for young people. It’s a chance to take a break, meet up with familiar faces, make new friends and share how you’re doing in a friendly, informal environment.

Each session offers a mix of:

🎨 Creative activities, arts, crafts and practical projects

💬 Time to chat, check in and share what you’ve been up to

☕ Hot chocolate, drinks and snacks

🎵 Music, playlists and chill-out time

🤝 Opportunities to make and strengthen friendships

🌱 Projects that help young people shape and make the space their own

Supportive staff will always be on hand, while young people can choose how much they want to take part. You don’t have to talk, join in or explain yourself—you can simply come along, relax and be yourself.

Note for Parents, Carers and Gaurdians: We can discuss any support or transport needs if this is an evidenced barrier to attendance. We welcome you to stay and connect with other parents/carers during the group, or if you’d prefer some quiet time, you’re also welcome to leave and return at pick-up time. Discrete foodbags will also be available.
