They emerge when we become curious enough to stay with the question a little longer.

What happens if we slow down?

What happens if we soften our grip?

What happens if we allow ourselves to be surprised?

This gentle conscious connected breathwork journey is an invitation to explore curiosity in the body.

Not as something to solve.

But as a way of meeting ourselves with openness, playfulness and compassion.

Through grounding practices, guided breathwork, music and spacious moments of silence, we'll create space to explore what becomes possible when we stop needing to know exactly where we're going.

No pressure to reach a conclusion.

No expectation to leave with all the answers.
