One hour to put the week down.

If you get to Friday with your head still racing, shoulders somewhere around your ears and feel like you haven't properly stopped all week… this is for you.

Be Held is an hour where absolutely nothing is expected of you.

We'll start by slowing things down with simple breathwork, before moving into gentle seasonal Yin-inspired movement to ease out some of the tension that's built up during the week.

Then you'll get comfortable, close your eyes and simply rest while I take you through an immersive crystal sound bath.

No experience needed. You don't need to be flexible, good at yoga or know anything about sound baths.

Just turn up. I'll guide you through the rest.
