Whether you're a regular yogi or completely new to yoga, these welcoming sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect and set the tone for a positive week ahead.

Each session is led by one of our experienced wellbeing practitioners, bringing their own unique style and approach to help you move, breathe and feel your best.

These sessions take place outdoors in the Secret Garden. While this is part of the experience, it also means we have no control over the weather.

Please come prepared for the forecast on the day. Sessions will go ahead in typical British summer conditions, but in the event of severe weather that would make the session unsafe, attendees will be contacted with alternative arrangements.

Spaces are limited and advance booking is required.
