A monthly themed Breathwork journey for curious humans ready to pause, breathe, and explore what’s unfolding within.
What if there's more to notice than you've been able to see?
Life has a way of gathering pace.
There are emails to answer.
Places to be.
People to care for.
It's easy to move from one thing to the next without really noticing how we are, what we're feeling, or what quietly catches our attention along the way.
Sometimes it's only when we pause that we realise something has been gently asking to be noticed all along.
Not because it's urgent.
Not because it's broken.
Simply because we've finally made enough space to see it.
This gentle conscious connected breathwork journey is an invitation to slow down and become curious about what you're noticing.
Not to analyse it.
Not to change it.
Just to notice.
Through grounding practices, guided breathwork, music and spacious moments of silence, we'll gently step out of autopilot and into awareness.
Perhaps you'll notice your breath.
Perhaps a feeling.
Perhaps a thought you've been too busy to hear.
Or perhaps simply the relief of having nowhere else to be for a little while.
There's nothing you need to find.
Just an invitation to pause, breathe and notice.
What to expect:
• Gentle grounding practices
• A guided breathwork journey with music and spacious silence
• Time for reflection and integration
• Optional sharing circle
• A warm, welcoming environment for both new and experienced breathers
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Arrive as you are, there's space for you here.
