Whether you're taking the first steps towards starting a business, growing an existing one, or simply looking to refocus your strategy, having a clear business plan can make all the difference.

Join us for this interactive, hands-on workshop led by Liz Connelly of Maxwell Enki, where you'll work through the key elements of building a practical, achievable plan tailored to your business.

What you'll cover

By the end of the day, you'll have the foundations of a business plan that helps you move forward with confidence, including:

Understanding your customers and competitors

Setting clear goals and priorities

Developing your sales and marketing approach

Completing a SWOT analysis

Identifying what makes your business stand out

Creating an action plan for growth and success

This is a collaborative workshop designed to get you thinking, planning and sharing ideas. Expect practical activities, group discussions and expert guidance throughout the day.

Each ticket amounts to roughly £150 per person.

As an attendee, you'll also be eligible for free 1:1 business mentoring through Colbea's fully funded business support programme, giving you access to expert guidance as you put your plans into action.

Eligibility

To attend, you must live in or run a business within the Tendring district.
