Whether you’re struggling or managing your self-harm well, you’ll find understanding peers, optional activities and the freedom to share as much or as little as you like. No pressure, no judgment — just support, connection and a place to belong.

Friendly social time before and after the group
No pressure — you’re welcome just to be with us
We also run a fortnightly evening group on a Tuesday and a fortnightly daytime 50+ group on a Friday (https://www.battle-scars-self-harm.org.uk/f2f-support-groups-leeds-adults.html) plus a 16-25s group (https://www.battle-scars-self-harm.org.uk/16-25s-support-group-leeds.html), an LGBTQ+ group (https://www.battle-scars-self-harm.org.uk/lgbtq-f2f-group.html) and groups for family & friends of people who self-harm (https://www.battle-scars-self-harm.org.uk/f2f-support-group-leeds-family.html)
