Let’s be honest: finding a space in West Yorkshire that truly welcomes a crying baby, a bulky bouncer, and a mum who just wants to feel like herself again is a mission! 😴 Usually, we’re stuck between clinical gym sessions or baby groups where we don't actually get to move our bodies.

The Pilates Club is filling that gap. We’ve created the space we all felt was missing: a community-led movement social where the "fourth trimester" is understood, and bub is part of the flow. ☁️💪

What Makes Us Different? 🦄

The "Bring Your Own" Ease: No more awkward logistics! We encourage mums to bring their own bouncers or front-carriers. Keep bub close, keep them happy, and keep moving. 👶🎀

Peer-Led Power: We aren't a rigid, clinical studio. We are a group of Pilates devotees who have practiced these moves for years. We move together as a tribe, sharing the journey rather than just following a lecture. 👯‍♀️⚡️

The Girly Scene Vibes: We aren't just about the 45-minute flow; we’re about the connection. It’s Pilates with a side of "I totally get it." ☕️💞

Community Participation Agreement (The Important Bit) 📋📑

By purchasing a ticket and joining our social, you agree to the following for the safety of our group:

Peer-Led Social Format: We are a community interest group, not a professional fitness studio. You acknowledge that the guides leading the session are experienced practitioners but are not certified fitness instructors, medical professionals, or postnatal specialists. 🛑

Medical Clearance: You confirm you have been cleared for exercise by a medical professional (GP/Midwife). You agree to participate at your own risk. 🩺

Equipment Safety: You are solely responsible for the safe setup and use of your own bouncer or baby carrier. We do not provide or check equipment. If using a carrier, please ensure bub is "Close enough to kiss" and safe. 🐥

Liability Waiver: By attending, you waive and release The Pilates Club and The Girly Scene from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury or property damage. 🤝

Supervision: Your baby remains your responsibility at all times during the 45-minute session. 🧸
