Join us for a FREE Mental Health Conference hosted by the Community Black Achievers Wings Awards, bringing together individuals, families, professionals, community leaders and organisations for a day of inspiration, education and meaningful conversations.

Mental health affects us all, yet many people continue to suffer in silence. This conference provides a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where we can openly discuss mental wellbeing, challenge stigma, share lived experiences and discover practical ways to support ourselves and one another.
