Our Flagship event for Leaders, to help understand their people, remove friction and build truly supportive, high performing teams.

Great leadership starts with understanding that every team member thrives in their own unique way. So how do we shape workplaces where diverse cognitive styles are naturally supported and empowered?

Join us for the launch event of Outside the Mean: a focused roundtable discussion bringing together leaders, allies, and neurodivergent professionals to share practical ideas on how we manage, support, and hire better.

What we’ll be exploring around the table:

Understanding: How to recognise different ways of thinking within your team without putting people in boxes.

Management: How to support both neurodivergent and neurotypical team members fairly and effectively.

Hiring: Practical ways to remove friction and improve the candidate experience in recruitment.

Who should join? We are keeping this deliberately focused (just 20 spots available) to ensure deep, meaningful conversation. We'd love you to join if you are:

A neurodivergent leader or professional

A people leader looking to be an active ally and advocate

Passionate about shaping positive, high-performing team cultures
