This class is designed to help you gently arrive in your body and reconnect with yourself through movement and breath.

We will move through gentle, flowing sequences, allowing your body to awaken and your mind to soften. The sounds of the forest will guide you into a more grounded, present state, inviting a sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

Closing with herbal tea and delicious vegan treat, lovingly crafted to nourish body and soul.
