The Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is hosting a market engagement session to share information on the upcoming reopening of the Transport Technology Open Framework Agreement (RM6347).

What is an Open Framework Reopening?

Unlike traditional frameworks that are closed to new vendors once awarded, RM6347 is an open framework. This means GCA periodically reopens the agreement, allowing new suppliers to join and existing suppliers to bid for additional lots—giving public sector buyers access to the latest market innovations.
