Are you local to Oadby, Wigston or Market Harborough? Join us for our wellbeing paddle sessions and enjoy our beautiful waterways.

Please be aware these are free wellbeing activities, every session we deliver we have a flurry of last minute cancellations, usually without enough time to fill the empty places. Please only book on if you fully intend to attend all three sessions, by dropping out last minute you are depriving others of the opportunity to take part, places are extremely limited.

You will not need to bring any specialist equipment just turn up in suitable clothing wearing an old pair of shoes or trainers. (No open toed shoes).

Make sure you bring extra clothing, foot wear and a towel incase you get wet.

This is a three week block:

Weds - 1st July

Weds - 8th July

Thurs - 9th July

Thurs 16th July

Thurs 23rd July

Juniors must be accomonied by a parent/guardian and must be aged 9 or over. It's a bookable event - only registered attendees will be allowed to take part.

The sessions will last for approximately 2 hours including a hot/soft drinks
