Knowing your breasts and understanding what is normal for you.

Recognising signs and changes in the breasts.

Breast cancer risk factors.

What to do if you notice a change.

Breast screening and its importance.

Practical Bra-Making and Breast Health Workshop

Taking measurements.

Drawing and adapting patterns.

Choosing suitable materials.

CMT (Cut, Make and Trim).

Fitting and completing the bra.
