I play various instruments around and over the body so you can feel the effects of these beautiful healing sound vibrations. I will immerse you in a soothing soundscape, playing around and over the body so that the vibrations can be fully absorbed and appreciated. All you have to do is breathe and receive. Wonderful comfortable camping mats provided! Please see the video below to get a feel for this beautiful venue.

Sound healing is an ancient art used for thousands of years for calming and tuning the mind while re-balancing the body by releasing tension and subtle energetic blockages. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and simple yet profound way to connect with the centre of our being. To see how the sound vibrations work, please see my video below. Sound baths also in Oakham and Clarendon Park Leicester. See my website here for all events:

We will begin with a short guided meditation to calm the body and still the mind. I then invite you to be bathed in the healing sounds of the Singing Bowl, Gong, Hand pan, Shamanic Drum, Sansula, Koshi Bells, and Rainstick. I will immerse you in a soothing soundscape, playing around and over the body so that the vibrations can be fully absorbed and appreciated whilst you lie down comfortably on your mat.

You will require:

Camping mats provided but welcome to bring a yoga mat to lay on top, a blanket (or duvet or sleeping bag if you wish), a pillow or cushion, and comfortable clothes. You may also wish to bring an eye pillow (I can also provide this if you wish to use one). I will provide bolters. Please bring as much as you think you might need to be relaxed and comfortable lying on the floor!

Exchange £17.00. Unfortunately I’m not able to offer refunds or transfers if you are not able to attend, but invite you to pass your place onto a friend. Doors open 7:15 pm for a prompt 7:30 pm start. Please note due to the nature of the event you will be unable to enter once the Sound Bath has begun.

Feedback on our sound baths:

"Just heavenly sound baths, I literally never miss one. My mind, my body, my sleep everything thanks me for it." Chloe

“It was an amazing experience, me and my friend found it truly magical, thank you.” Nicola

“I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the sound bath last month – and how wonderfully relaxing it was. I thought I’d fall asleep pretty instantly but actually spent the whole time drifting, sometimes coming back to the sounds and my breathing, and other times just letting my mind go off into a semi-dreamlike state. In fact, it felt like a real detox for the brain, allowing it to sort through images, feelings and ideas and file them away properly!” Tamsin
