The more gentle pace helps remove barriers to participation while creating a welcoming space to socialise and build connections with others in the community.

Open to both men and women, particularly those aged 50+, Walking Football is about more than the game — it’s an opportunity to stay active, connect with peers and support positive mental health and wellbeing.
