Flashlight's are permitted, but please keep them directed at the ground to avoid disrupting the atmosphere

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking in the forest is strictly prohibited at all times during the event.

The Haunted Walk is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions. However, if adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances mean that the event cannot safely take place on your booked night, an alternative date will be arranged and your existing tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event. Ticket holders will be contacted with details of the new date. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable.

By attending the event, you consent to photographs and filming that may take place. St Barnabas Hospice and Gelder Group reserve the right to use images and videos recorded at the event in future marketing materials, including social media, websites, and print, without obtaining further approval or offering payment. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer during the event
