Welcome to the Lincolnshire Well Being Show ~ Mind Body & Soul Experience!

Join us at the Lincolnshire Showground in Lincoln, for two days filled with holistic wellness and spiritual exploration. Start the day with Milla's Wake Up Drum and Chant Rythm Circle. Discover a wide range of exhibitors offering everything from crystals and essential oils to tarot readings and reiki sessions. Immerse yourself in workshops and talks on topics like mindfulness, meditation, and energy healing. Whether you're a seasoned spiritual seeker or just curious about well-being, this event has something for everyone. Come and nourish your mind, body, and soul with us!

Lincolnshire Well Being Show

Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground, LN2 2NA

Use main gate on A15 - Gate 1 - and follow signage to Well Being Event & Epic Centre

£5 Admission fee daily or £8 for 2 day entry; U16s Free - Tickets can be purchased in advance using Eventbrite link, or pay on the door by cash or card.

A spacious and airy venue, plenty of room for stall holders and visitors, 6 dedicated talk/presentation rooms including a yoga studio - set out for comfort of Visitors.

Catering facilities offer selection of refreshments, meals and snacks and Visitors are of course welcome to picnic in the grounds.

Visitors can enjoy spacious and ample free parking close to the Venue. Family friendly event - Children’s Activity tables to help occupy our younger visitors. Programme of Free talks and presentations - including Demonstrations of Tai Ji and Qi Jong for visitors to participate in, Drumming workshop, music and Yoga sessions & Belly Dancing and Sword Dancing display.

The Showground venue is easily accessible from all major routes, the main halls are laid out on one level and there are excellent facilities. Talks and demonstrations, and Yoga Studio located on first floor (accessible via stairs or lift) and a whole host of interesting stalls for Visitors to browse (80+) - retail, therapy, readers, authors, information.

Opening hours for visitors:

Saturday 7 November 10am to 5pm

Sunday 8 November 10am to 4pm

Many stalls accept card payments, however some are only able to accept cash payments - please come prepared with both cash and cards.

There are no ATM facilities at the Showground.

You are encouraged to Pre book your tickets using the link to Eventbrite, however tickets may be purchased on the door (cash and card payments accepted)

No charge for accompanying Under 16s

Venue Policy is Assistance Dogs only permitted within the venue, (however dogs are welcome to enjoy the acres of space at the Showground with their owners.)
