Join us in the beautiful Reading Room at The Old Library, where the unique acoustics transform every session into something truly unforgettable. As the crystal bowls and gongs begin to play, the sound gently echoes around the room, surrounding you with soothing vibrations that seem to wrap around your whole body. Combined with Reiki energy and storytelling, it's an experience that many people say stays with them long after the evening has ended.

Led by Beverley Jones (Emerald Waya), this immersive Sound Bath offers a chance to slow down, switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself in a warm, welcoming and candlelit setting.

Our Sound Baths are particularly beneficial for people with ADHD, anxiety, stress or overwhelm. If your mind is constantly busy, you don't need to worry about trying to meditate or empty your thoughts. There is nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to achieve. Simply get comfortable, listen to the sounds and allow your body and mind to relax naturally.

Whether you're looking for deep relaxation, emotional release or simply an evening to pause and recharge, you'll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.
