### What to Expect 🤎

Join us for a beautiful evening of cacao, connection and heart-opening experiences in a safe and welcoming space where you can simply come as you are.

We’ll begin with a nourishing cacao ceremony, creating space to slow down, arrive in the body and gently connect with yourself and those around you.

From there, we’ll move into sacred movement, allowing the body to soften, open and express whatever wants to move through you. We’ll then journey into breathwork, using the breath to deepen your connection inward, release tension and create space for whatever you may need in the moment.

We’ll close the evening with a deeply relaxing sound bath, giving you the opportunity to surrender, receive and simply be. Let the sounds wash over you as you settle into stillness and integration.

There’s no pressure to participate in anything that doesn’t feel right for you. This is a space to feel safe, seen and heard, with kindness, acceptance and no judgement.

Expect an evening of warmth, connection, movement, breath, beautiful sounds and time to simply slow down and reconnect with yourself. ✨

Cacao, fresh fruit, light snacks and water will be provided. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and cosy.
