Not just the successes, but the uncertainty, the creativity, the challenges, and the opportunities that often go unspoken.

Hosted by Clinical Psychologists Dr Indiana Montaque from Olea Therapy and Dr Shadiq Joseph from TWA Psychology Collective, this intimate event brings together a panel of four psychologists working across private practice, the NHS, academia and the third sector to share the stories behind their careers.

Rather than offering a blueprint for leaving the NHS or starting a private practice, this event creates space to think differently about what psychological practice can look like. Through personal stories, honest conversations and interactive experiences, we hope attendees leave feeling inspired to shape careers that align with their values, interests and communities.
