Relax and Re-charge Gong bath meditation in Bushey Heath

Back by popular demand — Gong & Sound Bath returns to Bushey Heath!

After a break from this area, I'm thrilled to bring monthly Gong and Sound Baths back to Bushey Heath — on Monday evenings, as per my calendar.

No experience required for this super relaxing way to let go of stress, re-energise, and feel fabulous.

Join me for an immersive sound journey featuring Native American flute, drum, and the powerful tones of the Chiron gong, alongside other therapeutic instruments. With over 12 years' experience, Odette is highly trained and deeply experienced in this practice — and can't wait to share it back here again.

This form of meditation is known as a sound bath simply because it feels like you are bathing in the sound waves. No water required, and you can just wear anything you're comfortable to lie down in.

Comfort and warmth is key to the best experience. Please be sure to bring along a snug, warm blanket or sleeping bag, and a yoga or camping mat to lie down on. I do not have any supplies at this venue.

All the benefits of meditation without any instructions, experience, or knowledge required. Just bring along an open mind and a beautiful smile — that's the best way to start.

The beauty of the gong bath is that you can reach a really deep relaxation without needing to know how. Just lie back and listen to the beautiful journey of sounds.

This form of meditation and relaxation is non-religious and suitable for everyone regardless of beliefs. Let the gongs and other therapeutic instruments guide you to deep relaxation without judgement.

Prompt 7pm start. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start. Due to the nature of the event, no late admittance and no refunds for non-attendees/latecomers. Your space is reserved for you!

Medical precautions:

Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to the unstable nature of any pregnancy during the first trimester)

Tinnitus/Ménière's/Epilepsy — any condition which is "sound sensitive" or could be triggered by sound

Metal implants/pins/screws/pacemaker etc. (can resonate the metal and also change the rhythm of a pacemaker)

Mental health condition (anyone with a serious mental health condition)

Refund Policy

Sorry, no refunds. However, if you can no longer make it, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please inform us by email or text at least 2 hours before the event so we can amend our register. Please note, due to the nature of the event, late admittance is not an option. Your space is reserved for you at time of booking — if you do not show up or arrive in time, please respect that there is no refund!

I can offer you a transfer to another date if given at least 7 days' notice.
