This three day course will provide you with the knowledge and practical tools to tackle the many and varied health and safety issues that arise within your organisation. This course covers current legislation, theory and practice of health and safety management and includes practical exercises and tests.

Participants will be awarded an IOSH Managing Safely® Certificate. Delegates will be required to attend all 3 days of training and complete both the written and practical assessments before this is awarded.
This course is designed and quality controlled by the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH).
Trainer
Juliet Hayes (TechIOSH SIIRSM) started her theatre career working Front of House at Greenwich Theatre and Stoll Moss Theatres, moving to Box Office Management at the Shaftesbury Theatre before progressing to Theatre Management for ATG.
After managing 2 West End venues, she took on a new role of Risk & Sustainability Advisor with ATG. Juliet was also a founding member of English Youth Ballet and continues to work part-time as their Company, H&S & Child Licensing Manager.
She went on to work as a trainer with RB Health & Safety Solutions before returning to Venue & Operations Management playing an instrumental role in setting up Mamma Mia the Party! At The O2.
Juliet retuned to Health, Safety & Sustainability Management with the ENO before being recruited to join SOLT & UK Theatre in 2023.

Assistance Dogs welcome throughout the building and to all events - the nearest park is Victoria Embankment Gardens (by Embankment tube station -0.4 miles away).
Hearing loop systems are available in the meeting and conference rooms.
