These sessions are funded by the London Marathon Foundation. About the facilitator Born in Hong Kong, Karina began her martial arts journey at 4 years old. With over 18 years of training and competition across multiple countries, she brings a versatile background in Muay Thai, Taekwondo, K1, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her adaptable style blends technical skill, fitness, and fun. Karina’s classes are a safe, welcoming space with no judgement – only encouragement. Every student is supported to train at their own pace, with coaching tailored to personal goals, whether that’s improving fitness, building confidence, learning self-defence, or developing skills for competitions.
