Man in the Mirror – Meaningful Conversations: Thames Walk
Sunday 6 September 2026 | 11:00am–4:00pm | Surbiton
Walk. Reflect. Connect.
Life moves fast.
Between work, family, responsibilities and expectations, how often do we really step away from the noise — not just to rest, but to understand ourselves a little better?
On 6 September, Man in the Mirror invites you to do exactly that.
We’ll come together at The Press Room in Surbiton, before heading out for a beautiful walk along the Thames — walking side by side, meeting new people and creating space for genuine, meaningful conversations.
But this time, there’s another dimension.
Discover yourself through E-Colours
We’re delighted to be joined by Mark Wilkinson, Leadership Coach and E-Colours facilitator, who will guide us through an exploration of E-Colours — a simple and fascinating lens for understanding our different behavioural styles.
What naturally energises you?
What drives you?
Why do certain situations — or certain people — frustrate you?
How might other people experience you differently from how you experience yourself?
Understanding ourselves can give us greater compassion for who we are. And when we understand that other people may simply experience and respond to the world differently, it creates greater understanding, connection and compassion for them too.
You’ll have an opportunity to discover something new about yourself through E-Colours and then explore those insights through conversations as we walk together.
This isn’t therapy.
It’s not a seminar.
It’s not a networking event.
There is nothing to fix.
It’s simply a space for men to step away from everyday life, walk alongside one another, reflect, listen without judgement and have conversations that we don’t always make the time to have.
Share as much or as little as you choose.
Come with friends or come alone. You’ll be welcomed into an environment built around respect, openness and genuine human connection.
