A workshop exploring conscious connected breathwork takes place at Alcheme Wellbeing in Surbiton on 15 November 2026. Participants engage in deep breathing patterns aimed at reducing stress and accessing the subconscious mind. Tickets cost between £40.00 and £45.00.
An opportunity to explore the healing benefits of breathwork, connect with like-minded people and nourish your body, mind and soul.
Breathwork is one of the most powerful, self-healing modalities proven to reduce stress, improve your health and energy levels, and positively impact your mental well-being.
In this workshop, we will be working with a therapeutic form of breathwork called 'conscious connected breathwork.' This is a deep, full-bodied breathing pattern that energises our whole body and helps us tap into our body's innate healing wisdom.
Through the portal of the breath, we move beyond our conscious 'thinking' mind, shift into an altered state, and gain access to the subconscious mind - our operating system where we hold self-limiting beliefs, programmes and unresolved emotional baggage and trauma from our past.
From this space, we give our body the opportunity to release these physical, emotional and energetic blockages (that so often manifest as physical pain, mental disturbances and dis-ease) and come back into a state of balance and harmony.
The benefits?
Greater health and vitality
Reduced pain and physical tension in body
Reduced stress and anxiety
Mental clarity and emotional regulation
Resolution of old traumas and 'emotional baggage'
Break free from addictive behaviours and negative thought patterns
Access profound states of joy, bliss and gratitude
A deeper connection with your intuition and higher self
By the end of the session you will feel grounded, present and deeply connected to the core of who you are.
For many, the experience is transformational.
"When you change the way you breathe, you change the way you live."
A supportive and sacred space is held for each breathwork journey.
I guide the process in person, supported by trained facilitators who are there to assist you throughout. They will support you with compassionate presence, and gentle acupressure where appropriate, helping you feel connected and grounded in your body as your experience unfolds.
This monthly breath workshop is open to all - beginners and regular breathers.
Please note: This workshop is not suitable for everyone due to the powerful nature of this breathwork practice.
I ask that you read the contraindications listed below before booking. If you are unsure whether this workshop is right for you, please reach out to me via email and I will be happy to support you in deciding.
