Join me for a beautiful relaxing sound bath and harness the powerful cleansing energy of the arriving new moon energy!

Let the healing frequencies of the crystal sound bowls wash away the weeks stresses, ease any tension and clear the mind. The session will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and calm.

Event details:

The sound bath will be held at Dark & Light Coffee in Queens Park, the quirky local favourite coffee shop that also sells house plants! Address: 22 College Parade, Salusbury Road, NW6 6RN.

Timings: Please arrive with time to settle in, doors open at 6:15pm. The sound bath will start promptly, so please arrive on time. If travelling by car there is parking on the roads outside the venue and the surrounding streets, please allow enough time to find parking. Nearest stations are Brondesbury Park (2 minutes walk) and Queens Park (10-12 minutes walk)

Wear comfortable clothes you can relax in and bring a warmer layer if you want to get cosy. The body temperature can fluctuate during a sound bath.

Contraindications: not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy or very close to there due date. It is also not suitable for anyone with a pace maker/defibrillator fitted or large metal plates/pins in the body; who have severe mental health issues; have epilepsy or who are intoxicated.
