Join us for the Redbridge Parkinson's Awareness 5K Fundraiser Walk/Run and

help make a real difference to the lives of people affected by Parkinson's.

Whether you choose to walk, jog, or run, this inclusive community event is open to

participants of all ages and abilities. Bring your family, friends, and colleagues and

enjoy a fantastic day while supporting an important cause.

The event will take place at Fairlop Waters Country Park, with registration starting from 10.00am and the start/finish area located near the Boathouse Café.
