RENT is playing at the Duke of York’s Theatre in London’s West End. Thirty years after it redefined musical theatre, Jonathan Larson’s groundbreaking musical returns in a new production directed by Luke Sheppard and starring Gaten Matarazzo as Mark.

Inspired by Puccini’s La Bohème, RENT follows a generation living with joy, uncertainty and resilience. The story focuses on community and connection, with a message built around making every moment count.
