An Open View of the Members Street Photography Exhibition - meet the photographers and discuss their work and differing approaches

RPS London Exhibition of Street photography at Gallery 54 in Mayfair from 8th September for one week.

Come and join us for the Open Evening of the RPS London Members Street Photography exhibition. This is our first exhibition of street photography since the “Street” Exhibition in Hanbury Hall in 2019, when 40 Members too part. On this occasion, seventy members will each have one printed mounted image on display and two further images on a rolling digital display. Hopefully many of them will be there for the Open Evening to discuss their work and that of their colleagues.

The Exhibition was conceived as an opportunity for those who take part in our regular Street, Urban and Landscape walks to display their images, and many of the images were taken at those events..

The Gallery, in the heart of Mayfair, is a great place to have our work exhibited - centrally located with good footfall.

Entry was open to all London Region photographers on a 'first come, first served' basis but had to be restricted to 70 participants due to the size of the gallery.

Selection for the Exhibition was by vote of the photographers, using a similar democratic process to the one we use for at our annual Members’ Exhibition (LRMPE) whereby each participant submitted six images, reduced to three for the Exhibition.

Images were to be taken within the M25 between September 2025 and August 2026. Many were taken on our regular photowalks, but this we not a requirement.

All work on display will have been taken within the last year, within the RPS London Region i.e. approximately within the M25.
