Through breath, ritual, music and naturally altered states of consciousness, you’re invited to step beyond the thinking mind, drop into your body and meet yourself exactly as you are. You may release stress, tension or emotion you’ve been carrying. Meet an unexpected aspect of yourself, an ancestor, archetype or deity. Receive an insight that illuminates the next steps on your path. You may discover where you’ve learned to protect yourself, where your voice or boundaries want strengthening, or parts of yourself that have rarely felt safe enough to be met or expressed. Or you may simply let go — allowing emotion, movement, sound or stillness to arise naturally, without judgement or expectation.
