Join us at She Abides for Pilates, Paint & Praise a Christ-centered afternoon combining movement, worship, creativity, and community.

Our Christ-centered mat Pilates session brings intentional movement together with moments of stillness in His presence, followed by a time of praise and worship.

We'll then move into a guided painting session, creating your own cross canvas, while receiving a word from Petra, founder of Study the Word With Me.

Whether you're coming on your own or with friends, you'll be welcomed into a warm and encouraging community of women seeking to glorify God together.

This event is about building sisterhood, honoring God through movement and stillness, and growing together in faith, through worship, creativity, and connection. Whether you're new to Pilates and Praise or experienced, you are welcome just as you are.
