About Sinatra The Musical
Sinatra The Musical at the Aldwych Theatre is heading to the West End from June 2026. Set on New Year’s Eve 1942, it follows a 27-year-old Frank Sinatra as he steps onto the stage of New York City’s Paramount Theatre and begins the performance that changes his career.
The story traces Sinatra’s rise, his relationships with his wife, Nancy, and Ava Gardner, and the period when scandal and a hostile press put his career under pressure. The production is written by two-time Tony Award-winning Joe DiPietro and is directed and choreographed by Olivier Award-winning, three-time Tony Award-winning Kathleen Marshall.
