Part of the Lambeth Heritage Festival, this illustrated talk with Nick Rampley, Company Secretary of the City & Guilds of London Art School Property Trust, former Director of Resources and Operations at the Art School, and a researcher in public history, tells the story of City & Guilds of London Art School, from its 1854 foundation as the Lambeth School of Art, providing instruction to working artisans, to its present-day place as a highly regarded, distinctive, independent educational institution.
Admission is free, but tickets are limited, and so advance booking is required.
