About The Book of Mormon

The Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London is a musical by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park, with music by Avenue Q’s Robert Lopez. It won four Olivier Awards, including Best New Musical.

The story follows two Salt Lake City Mormons sent to Uganda as missionaries, hoping for baptisms and conversions. Instead, they encounter harsh realities and a warlord, as the show explores religion and consumerism.

The production combines comedy with all-singing, all-dancing staging, and is known for its rude, potentially offensive humour.

Before you book

This production contains strobe lighting, flashing lights, gunshots and explicit language. Children under 3 are not admitted. Children under 16 must be accompanied by, and seated next to, a ticketholder aged 18 or over.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase, and food or drink bought elsewhere may not be brought into the theatre.
