About The Hunger Games On Stage

The Hunger Games On Stage at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre is the first-ever theatre adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ internationally acclaimed book and Lionsgate’s motion picture. It opens in London in 2025, with an award-winning creative team including playwright Conor McPherson and director Matthew Dunster.

The production follows Katniss Everdeen as she defies the odds in a live stage version of the original story. The venue is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art theatre created for the production.

Running time: Act 1: 1 hour 07 mins; interval: 20 mins; Act 2: 1 hour 08 mins.

Before you book

This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe. It also includes depictions of murder and manslaughter, with references to death, grief and guilt. No under 3s are permitted. The recommended guide age is 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
