The Queerest of Folk distils Russell T Davies's career in television, taking us from his early days working on children’s shows and soaps through to the giddy heights of relaunching Doctor Who and bringing queer relationships onto the mainstream screen.

Russell T. Davies is one of the leading British television writers of his generation, who specializes in creating groundbreaking dramas exploring sexuality and social issues.Renowed for reviving Doctor Who, he also is behind the series It’s a Sin and more recently Tip Toe. Russell was awarded the 2006 Dennis Potter Award at BAFTA for his writing services to television and an OBE in the Queen’s 2008 Birthday Honours list for services to drama.

Tickets are non-transferable. Ticketholders must be present at the event to collect their book.

Each ticket will include a copy of The Queerest of Folk. Additional copies may be available for sale. While stocks last.
