Two of London's most well-loved wellness brands are coming together to bring you a series of events this Summer.

Join us for a relaxing Saturday afternoon combining an uplifting yoga practice with the restorative benefits of sauna and cold plunge. We'll begin at MoreYoga Blackhorse Road with an energising 60-minute yoga flow, before heading to Walthamstow Community Sauna Baths for the ultimate heat therapy and cold water immersion experience.

The combination of mindful movement and contrast therapy offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, recover and connect with others in a welcoming community setting. Whether you're new to these experiences or a seasoned practitioner, everyone is welcome.

Spaces are limited to 26, so early booking is recommended.
