Join us for an afternoon of movement, connection and community at our Sculpt Sisters Summer Social in Wrexham.

Designed for women looking to meet new people, make meaningful friendships and enjoy a day of wellness, this relaxed outdoor event includes a 45 minute Pilates in the Park session, wellness refreshments, bracelet making, an affirmation station and fun social activities.

Whether you’re coming alone or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive community of like-minded women. No previous Pilates experience is needed just bring yourself and a willingness to connect.

Come and spend a summer afternoon moving your body, trying something new and building friendships in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
