Sound Massage & Sound Bath - 1hr - 10 People Max - The Sighlence Room

Join us for a unique sound massage session combined with a sound bath lasting one hour. This intimate event is limited to 10 people, ensuring each participant receives individual sound massage contact throughout the session.

To help heal and work on different chakras in the body, this sound bath will use Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tongue drums, chimes and other instruments.

Sound massage involves placing the bowls on the body, below the feet and above the head, it also involves light touch. It is incredibly beneficial and a more intense experience in additon to the sound bath.

Sound healing has so many wonderful and scientifically proven benefit's such as improved happiness, better sleep, reducing stress, anxiety and better focus/clarity because it regulates our nervous system. However, it's also about allowing yourself the opportunity to reset and pause, so key to our health. Allow your body to respond to sound, frequency and vibration during a period of uninterrupted rest and watch the incredible impact it will have.

I keep my sessions calm, inclusive, welcoming and friendly. Creating a space where you feel safe and at ease and can allow yourself to switch off and relax. If there is anything I can do to make the space more comfortable for you, please let me know.

Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in comfortably. Please bring your own mat, blanket, cushion, and water to enhance your experience.

Free parking is available at the Little Hexton School next door.

Note: The door will be locked promptly at 5:45 PM as the session begins and will conclude at 6:45 PM.
