A one-day garden retreat to rest, abide in Jesus and rediscover your dreams in his presence.

When was the last time you had a whole day where you didn't have to rush, fix, organise, achieve or look after everyone else?

Maybe you've been carrying a lot lately.

Your family. Your work. Your responsibilities. Other people's needs.

But there's a dream you've been thinking about for a while, but you haven't had the headspace to really explore it.

You know God has placed something on your heart, but life has been so busy that you haven't had the space to stop and ask, “Lord, what are You saying to me in this season?”

Or maybe you don't need to figure anything out at all.

You just need to breathe.

The Exhale Encounter is an intimate one-day garden retreat for women who need space to slow down, reconnect with Jesus and be poured into.

Hosted in the peaceful surroundings of my home and garden in Leagrave, this is a day to step away from the noise and give yourself permission to stop for a moment.

We'll spend time in prayer, reflection, conversation, nature and stillness. We'll gather around the table, enjoy beautiful hospitality and create space to listen to God without the usual distractions.

There will also be space to think about you - your dreams, your desires, what you're carrying and what you might want to move forward with.

You don't need to arrive with a five-year plan.

You don't need to have all the answers.

Just come as you are.

My hope is that you'll leave feeling lighter. That you'll have had a chance to breathe, laugh, reflect, hear from God and remember who He created you to be.

You'll leave with a little more clarity about what comes next - not because you've pushed yourself harder, but because you've finally had the space to listen.

A day to rest.

A day to reconnect.

A day to be refreshed.

A day to remember that you don't have to strive for everything God has called you to do.

You can begin from a place of rest.
