Brother 2 Brother We Stand C.I.C hosts a men's mental health awareness event at Woodside Road in Luton. The session focuses on breaking the stigma and chatting openly about well-being. Tickets are priced at £0.

BROTHER 2 BROTHER - Because HOPE can save lives

A free, men's only mental health event, whether you're struggling right now, you're not struggling at all, you want to understand more, or simpley want to be better equipped to support a friend, family member, or colleague who might be. Everyone's welcome, whatever brings you through the door.

This isn't a lecture and it isn't a therapy session. It's a morning of honest conversation, movement, and community, no pressure, come as you are.

On the day:

A workout session to get you moving (optional)

A mindfulness session, breathe, reset, connect.

Guest speaker talks, powerful, real stories.

Free breakfast bap, tea and coffee

Guest Speakers:

Linda Neville: NHS Director, Expert witness, and founder of Sanamente & Strive, bringing 26 years of frontline experience in adult mental health services.

Elaine Bradshaw: Psychotherapist and neuroscience & hypnotherapy specialist, breaking down how the brain works and practical ways to start changing.

Craig Harrison: World record sniper, 23 years in the British Army, and founder of Maverick Survival School. Craig speaks openly about living with complex PTSD and the moment that changed everything.

Many Eves: A mother's story of losing a son to suicide, and the hole it left behind.

Whatever brought you here, come as you are. No pressure, just honest conversation, movement, and community.
